Marketing strategist. Revenue system
architect.
Based in Hobart, Tasmania · Working with clients worldwide
Two decades of marketing. One consistent obsession.
My career has taken me from leading international student recruitment marketing across 13 global markets at QUT, to building the brand and communications strategy for Tasmania’s premier international tennis tournament, to consulting with founders around the world on building revenue systems that compound over time.
“I’m a life-learner. Curious, adventurous, and permanently optimising — in business and in life.”
I’m passionate about helping business owners not just grow their revenue, but perform at their best — professionally and personally. That means staying curious about what’s possible, constantly refining how I work, and surrounding myself with people who are serious about doing the same.
Strategy before tactics
Every decision starts with understanding the market, the buyer, and the numbers — not the channel or the campaign.
Systems over activity
Disconnected marketing activity doesn’t compound. A well-designed system does. That’s the difference between inconsistent results and predictable growth.
Lifelong learning
The market changes constantly. Staying current isn’t optional — it’s the job. I invest heavily in my own education and bring that thinking directly to my clients.
Performance is holistic
The best business owners I know don’t just optimise their revenue. They optimise how they lead, think, and show up. I’m interested in all of it.

Powered by Sarah Cann
We work as a true embedded partner, not a vendor. Strategy is led by Sarah directly. Execution is delivered by a specialist cross-continent team across Australia and the USA, bringing deep capability across lead generation, paid demand capture, content, SEO, automation, design, tech, and short-form video — delivered as part of a holistic, systematic revenue generation approach. We follow a proven framework to make sure you have all the necessary components in place for scale — nothing missing, nothing disconnected.
Every engagement is built around one question: what does your revenue system need to look like to make your growth target inevitable? We work backwards from that answer — and then we build it.
We work with founders and leadership teams generating $1M–$10M+ who are serious about scale and serious about doing it properly.
